EcommeLogic Client Policy

EcommeLogic Client Policy

At EcommeLogic, we believe in building long-term partnerships based on transparency, accountability, and measurable growth. Our objective is to deliver a structured, professional, and results-driven working experience for every client we collaborate with.

This Client Policy outlines the general terms governing our engagement and is intended to ensure clarity and alignment before onboarding.

1. Partnership Model

EcommeLogic operates on a Hybrid Partnership Model, which combines a fixed service retainer with performance-based incentives aligned to agreed business objectives.

The exact structure, scope, and commercial terms of this model are defined individually and documented within official proposals or service agreements. This approach ensures flexibility while maintaining fairness and alignment for both parties.

2. Scope of Services

Services provided by EcommeLogic are limited strictly to those outlined in the mutually agreed proposal or written agreement.

Any additional services, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or new requirements will require prior approval and may be subject to separate charges or revised timelines.

3. Exclusive Collaboration

During the active contract period, EcommeLogic maintains a focused engagement with its clients. We do not knowingly engage with direct competitors operating in the same niche and geographic market for the duration of the agreement.

This exclusivity applies only to clearly identifiable competitors and remains valid solely for the active term of the contract.

4. Transparency & Reporting

We are committed to complete transparency throughout the engagement. Clients can expect:

  • Regular performance and progress reports

  • Strategic reviews and optimization discussions

  • Shared access to relevant dashboards, analytics, or advertising platforms where applicable

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and timely approvals

  • Granting necessary access to platforms, tools, and assets required to perform services

  • Maintaining clear and responsive communication

Delays in feedback or access may impact timelines and deliverables.

5. Payment Terms

All service retainers are payable in advance as outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice.

Performance-based settlements, where applicable, are calculated and processed according to mutually agreed metrics and reporting tools. Failure to complete payments on time may result in a temporary suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

Any transaction fees, platform charges, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate an active engagement by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

Payments made for completed work, active billing periods, or previously rendered services are non-refundable. Upon termination, access to services and deliverables will conclude at the end of the notice period unless otherwise agreed.

EcommeLogic reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, unlawful activities, or breach of agreement terms.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While EcommeLogic applies proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales volume, revenue growth, advertising performance, or search engine rankings.

Results may vary due to external factors including market conditions, platform changes, competition, and client-side execution.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.

EcommeLogic retains the right to showcase completed work, anonymized results, or case studies for portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes unless otherwise restricted by a written agreement.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, data, and materials shared during the engagement are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

10. Limitation of Liability

EcommeLogic shall not be held liable for indirect losses, platform suspensions, account restrictions, third-party service failures, or changes made by external platforms beyond our control.

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in question.

11. International Clients

This Client Policy applies to clients globally, including those operating in the United States 🇺🇸, United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪, Pakistan 🇵🇰, and other regions.

12. Policy Updates

EcommeLogic reserves the right to update or modify this Client Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
